If you're as much of a Diamond Painting ADDICT as I am, odds are you have a ton of leftover diamonds just lying around taking up space.

Why not put those excess gems to use and create something beautiful? Get inspired by these wonderful DIY diamond creations submitted by members of our Facebook Support Group! We've compiled our 10 favorite entries below.

10. Create Diamond Bottle Art

"Found these small [bottles] and layered the colors," says Ashley Renaud. Not only that, but they can also double as Christmas ornaments! Just put a little hook in the top (use cork if you can) and hang them from your tree 🎄

9. DIY Your Own Christmas Ornaments

Speaking of Christmas, Stella Godinez created an entire Christmas tree's worth of Diamond Ornaments using her leftover drills. They really contrast well with the dark green of the tree!

If you'd rather someone else do the heavy lifting for you, head on over to Presley's Baubles and tell 'em Paint With Diamonds sent ya!

8. Build A Diamond Pen Holder

Ashley Cornelius used an old mason jar and leftover drills to create a gorgeous Diamond Pen Holder. Perfect if you have a lot of Diamond Pens piling up.

7. Decorate A Religious Ornament

Jennifer Wells decorated a cross using spare drills held on by Tacky Glue and sealed with Mod Podge. The end result is fantastic!

6. Make Use Of Old Needlepoint Grids

"Once I organized all my leftover diamonds, I found a needlepoint grid for a Christmas ornament," says Angie DeLuca. "Placed a piece of laminating paper upside down over grid paper and started counting."

"Once that was done I covered it all with Glossy Accents embellishing glue and when dry, cut away the excess laminating paper. Voila! Ready to be mounted on glitter paper so it can hang on the tree!"

5. Add Some Flair To Bland Decor

Lynn Fierro used her spare drills to glitter up a gift. "I blinged out this trailer decor for my friend’s birthday. I want to make myself one now too. Love it! $8 at Michaels. I just used double stick tape."

Danyele Hazel Atkins used her leftover drills to make a jewelry box for her mom's birthday. I bet she loved it!

4. Use Your Imagination

Kath Tuck created this gorgeous romantic display with pressed cardboard and double-sided sticky tape. "Very time consuming, but so worth it."

When it comes to creating your own art with spare drills, the sky is the limit! Consider using foam boards, cardboard, or other craft supplies to create your own blinged-out displays. Cheryl Katz decorated a plain old wooden "T" from the local craft shop to create a stunning result.

3. Put A Unique Spin On Stained Glass Art

Kassie Essen is putting a beautiful spin on stained glass art by using her leftover drills to color in her dragon. Such a fun spin on stained glass!

2. Bling Out Your Wardrobe

Janelle Scott added some color to her daughter's white shoes with a rainbow of different colors. It came out beautifully!

Pro Tip: If you do decide to decorate your shoes or other clothing with diamonds, make sure you use exceptionally strong glue. Otherwise you run the risk of diamonds flying off all over!

1. Give Yourself A Manicure

Samantha Boehm decided to accent her nails with different shades of blue diamonds. "All I did was paint my nails black top coat put the diamonds on while top coat was wet the two more top coats."

Beki Goulding opted for green over blue. "I found a use for my left over drills from a special shape project."

Thank You! I’ve been decorating store bought Christmas cards with the extra beads, also making some pictures using counted cross stitch patterns. Every time I search for what to do with the extra beads all I get are ideas on how to store them. That’s not what I’m looking for, so this is wonderful.

is so great I am sharing with a dear friend I got into paint with Diamonds.
I got into this because we have a monthly auction here in the village in New Mexico I live in. There were three boxes of access diamonds they had from an estate sale they were doing. The person kept the diamonds in little plastic sample cups. There were 400 sample cups in the boxes I won the bid on. Since then I have finished 12 of my own canvas’ and have been wondering what I am going to do with all the extras I have. these are great ideas. thank you so much

I’ve done plenty paint with diamonds. Trying to frame them I find tasking as the sizes of the picture are not the norm that I can find in stores. Also, professional frames are highly expensive. Are there any tips to framing from fellow drillers?
