About The Artist
Art and animals. These two passions define Dean, a Brooklyn-based artist who creates "art that loves you back" using vibrant pop art colors and bold abstract patterns. Dean starts his paintings with the eyes, because, as every animal-lover knows, the eyes are the most expressive. Deanās main subjects are dogs, with pit bulls representing the majority of his work. āPit bulls are a misunderstood breed, and Iām just happy to be able to get the message about animal rescue out there.ā

How To Choose A Canvas Size
Smaller kits are great for beginners, but may lack in detail. Lettering may not be legible.
Medium canvases show significant detail but take between 20-30 hours to complete.
Large canvases show tiny details and all lettering, but may take up to 50+ hours to complete.

How To Paint With Diamonds
Step 1
Pour diamonds onto tray & shake lightly. Apply a bit of wax to tip of pen.
Step 2
Reference the canvas legend to match each diamond color to its square.
Step 3
Apply diamonds to entire canvas. Once finished, apply weight to lock in diamonds. Step back and admire!
